What kind of companies is Fichap for?
Fichap is for all types of clients. It is a tool that digitizes human resources management and integrates different functionalities for companies of all sizes and industries.
What is the value of the product/service?
The price of the service varies according to the number of users and the plan chosen by the company. They may vary depending on discounts for plans or annual payments. Modules and services can be contracted individually or in packages. We have different plans depending on the size of your organization and the functionalities you need. You can check here which one suits your needs.
Is my data safe on the platform?
Our system is fully secured, with data encryption so that only you can access the information of your company.
How long does the contract last?
Fichap offers two contract options: annual or monthly. The duration of the contract will vary according to the option you have chosen. You can sign up and unsubscribe whenever you want.
Can I sign up for a trial period?
No. At the moment we do not offer trial periods. However, we recommend you to sign up for at least one month so you can use the service and test it with your team.
Can I switch between packages and size categories of my plan?
Yes, you can do so at any time. Just write an email to the Sales Team requesting the change.
When determining the price, are ex-employees calculated?
No, the price is calculated based on the users that you have declared at the time of contracting. In case you wish to increase or decrease the number of users, you can do so at any time during the month. Please note that the invoice will be updated with the new amount according to the billing calendar.
Are there any additional costs beyond the monthly/annual fee?

How can I contact Fichap customer service?
If you are already a client you can communicate incidents by entering the Support Portal. There you have to fill out the form, and press the 'Submit' button. You can also contact the Support Team via email or via WhatsApp +54 9 (11) 2799 9148.
How fast will I receive an answer to my customer support questions?
There are different incidents that can be more or less critical. If the criticality is high, a response will be provided within 24 hours of receiving the ticket. If it is of medium severity, it will be answered within 24 to 72 hours. If it is low, 72 to 96 hours after being received.
Is there any additional cost for customer service?
Customer support through our chat or virtual support through the Support Portal has no additional cost. It is included in the three plans we offer: Starter, Business y Enterprise. On the other hand, personalized attention is only included in the Enterprise Plan. The rest of the plans do not have this service.
Do I need special software or hardware to use Fichap?
No, you do not need specific hardware. You can use Fichap apps with any android, apple or amazon device.
Can documents be filed and stored in the digital employee record?
Yes, you can store all kinds of documents and audiovisual material related to the performance of your employees such as receipts, training, certificates and other materials of interest for the personal file.
What data can my employees see in Fichap
Only their pay slips and the information you decide to share with them through their customizable folders in the Dashboard or the Employee Portal.
Can I hire only one of the 4 solutions that Fichap has (Dashboard, Portal, Mobile, Point)?

How long does it take to set up my Fichap account?
Just a few minutes. From the moment you sign up for the service, you can upload your collaborators through an interface with another system or with a bulk upload in our Dashboard. It's very simple!
During the setup period, will I be assigned a fixed contact person?
Yes, this is the process we call onboarding during which one of the members of the Support Team will be available for everything related to the precise implementation of the functionalities that your business model requires.
How do I install Fichap?
Fichap is a Plug & Play system. This means that you do not need to install any software to start using Fichap. You only have to choose a plan, select the number of employees and hire the service.
Will I be able to import current employee data?
Yes, you can do it massively through a spreadsheet that is uploaded to our system and updates all the data in your company's payroll file. Also, this information can be downloaded in multiple reports.
Is there an additional cost for the installation?
No. There is no additional cost.
Do I need computer programming skills for the configuration?
No. You only need to install the application for your employees to be able to clock in and you can also download the App to your cell phone. The Dashboard is very intuitive, with a usability designed to maximize its use without the need for additional skills.
What languages is Fichap available in?
Fichap is currently available in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
