It is the responsibility of both the Owner Users and the Administrator Users to manage and keep the Users' data updated. The Owner and/or Administrator Users will have the right to access, rectify and delete the Personal Data linked to their Organization, and will be able to make changes in the data of the Collaborating Users. To exercise this right, both the Owner Users and the Administrator Users shall enter their User by means of their registered ID and Password, and enter ”Company Data”, then ”Edit Profile”, and then modify or delete the data they wish. Whereas, to make changes in the data of the Contributor Users, the Owner Users and Contributor Users must enter ”Contributors”, select the Contributor User, and then ”edit”. Therefore, the Owner User as well as the Administrator User are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data and WORKODE S.A.S. shall not be liable for the inaccuracy of the Users' Personal Data. Users are informed that the deletion of any data may lead to the blocking of the account or the User may not be able to use the Service properly, assuming such risk and responsibility.
