What information do we collect?

Enable Contributor Users to use the services in a faster and more accurate manner by using a photograph of your face. This image will be used to allow the system to recognize you, grant you access and link you to your profile. In this sense, the Contributor User gives his express consent for the use of his image and the data that individualizes him in it. It is clarified that the data will only be stored for this purpose.
We will not without your express consent provide your personal information to any third party for the purpose of direct marketing.
If an order is placed with online payment, at no time does Fichap store credit card data; this task is performed by online payment providers such as ”Mercado Pago” and/or ”Pay Pal”.

User data will only be visible in the administration Dashboard by the organization that hires the service by the person(s) it assigns. Said organization will only be able to access the users and respective data, which are under its responsibility.

How to Exercise your Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition?
It is the responsibility of both the Owner Users and the Administrator Users to manage and keep the Users' data updated. The Owner and/or Administrator Users will have the right to access, rectify and delete the Personal Data linked to their Organization, and will be able to make changes in the data of the Collaborating Users. To exercise this right, both the Owner Users and the Administrator Users shall enter their User by means of their registered ID and Password, and enter ”Company Data”, then ”Edit Profile”, and then modify or delete the data they wish. Whereas, to make changes in the data of the Contributor Users, the Owner Users and Contributor Users must enter ”Contributors”, select the Contributor User, and then ”edit”. Therefore, the Owner User as well as the Administrator User are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data and WORKODE S.A.S. shall not be liable for the inaccuracy of the Users' Personal Data.
Users are informed that the deletion of any data may lead to the blocking of the account or the User may not be able to use the Service properly, assuming such risk and responsibility.
